Materials and Construction

Case Structure

• Thermofoil MDF Door and drawer face are constructed using heat and pressure to bond a thin layer of Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC) film to a shaped and glued component of medium density fiberboard. The result is a seamless surface that covers a panel's face and edges. The component back features a white, seamless melamine surface that is excellent for wear and easy cleaning.
• European style frame less box structure using to 3/4" premium plywood with ultra white melamine interior. Exterior in thermofoil to match door.
• Shelves are 3/4" thick finished plywood.
• Base cabinet backs extend to the floor providing optional structural stability.

Drawers

• 3/4" thick plywood wood.
• side mounted full-extension epoxy coated self-close glides (no soft-closing feature).
  

Doors

• Recessed center panel.
• Premium full overlay door styles. Butt doors on all sizes up to 42".

Hinges

• 6-way adjustable chrome finish.
  

Roll-out Trays

• Optional roll-out tray all wood dovetail construction.​
